Web Site High Five StrategiesExplore five key strategic issues that should be considered around optimum use of your Web site. Suggested solutions and techniques will cover both external (sales, marketing and customer service) and internal (operational and employee) applications. This full-day program will be highly customized with specific examples and case studies from the meetings/hospitality industry and will allow plenty of opportunities for discussion and questions. During the day, you will also have time to create or revise your own ongoing Web strategies and tactics with presenter Philippa Gamse's facilitation and input.
