Web Site High Five Strategies

Explore five key strategic issues that should be considered around optimum use of your Web site.  Suggested solutions and techniques will cover both external (sales, marketing and customer service) and internal (operational and employee) applications.

This full-day program will be highly customized with specific examples and case studies from the meetings/hospitality industry and will allow plenty of opportunities for discussion and questions.  During the day, you will also have time to create or revise your own ongoing Web strategies and tactics with presenter Philippa Gamse's facilitation and input.

During the program, you will learn how to:

  • Define all the strategies, goals and target markets for your Web site.
  • Identify any opportunities for new markets, services and products that may only exist online.
  • Develop compelling, added-value content and navigation to engage and retain visitors and create interaction.
  • Promote the site in and beyond the search engines.
  • Mine your traffic reports for those crucial "gold nuggets" that will help you to grow your site even further!
